Shane and Beau met briefly at a sex shop where Beau with his shyness and nervousness attracts Shane who invites him to spend Valentine's Day together. The rest of the story is basically them having sex.
Their behaviours are little bit confusing: Shane goes from insta attraction and lust to love thoughts, sometimes he's tender, other times is very pushy. Beau alternates being anxious and confident. Moreover sometimes they seemed to swap personalities (like when Shane giggled).
What didn't really work for me was their instant connection, both of them thinking, after having sex the first time, that the other was "made just for me".
I'm sorry to give such a low rating to this novella, but honestly it all happened all too fast and only on a superficial level. A deep connection between the two MCs is missing.
P.S.: personally I really don't want to read about body fluids just before they're ready to have an intercourse...
I received a copy of this book from Gay Romance Reviews and this is my honest review
