Sunshine For Sale by Cora Rose, Nicole Dykes

5.0

Everybody needs a Jimbob, you can't help smiling everytime he appears. Braxton can't help himself, despite really not wanting to want him. He can't fight the attraction. Jimbob notices him because of how hard he tries to avoid him. Braxton feels he can only be doomy and gloomy having had a rough time with just him and his mum getting by as best they can. He doesn't know how Jimbob could possibly be so happy all the time. The first time Braxton kissed him was pure lust, want and need. You felt the tremors and the static and each time something happened between them Jimbob's sunshine started to warm him from the outside in. If it wasn't Jimbob who he fell for, it was Abra-ham; the star of the book. Braxton was so full of conflict, but without knowing why. He truly believed happiness only happened in fairy tales. Once we got to know Braxton, we could see through his protective layer. I found his thoughts and mannerisms hilarious at times and deep down he was a sweetheart. We do need to discuss Ryan, because he was more than annoying and I feel he has a lot to tell us that will put pieces in place. There is no room for angst when Jimbob is around, just a story with a pure heart of gold. Such a feel good story, which makes it an easy 5 stars.
