I've been drinking coffee since I was a child, but I was curious to find out if there was anything I had yet to learn about it. (Inevitably, there was.) While this book is informative in many ways, there are some strong opinions here that are misrepresented as fact. I appreciate the author's attempt to be comprehensive about global coffee culture, but in my opinion this book is still written with a perspective skewed towards Western coffee culture. It's good as a start for anyone who's a complete novice at coffee though.
