This was extremely refreshing after somehow pushing through the slog, especially Crossroads of Twilight. The bar certainly wasn't very high after that previous book—in fact, it was as low as possible—but it feels good to have read another relatively good Wheel of Time book again.
It was still slow and irritating in some parts, especially with Tuon who I can't stand, but it was significantly more readable. There were some great battle moments, and the plot finally progressed a good amount. Solid book all around.
