This is a horror novella written in a documentary style. I like that the characters' names are all inspired by real people or fictional characters from other horror media. It's about an extreme haunted house that's really torture and a young woman who dies during one of the "haunts." When it reopens a year later her brother volunteers to participate in the ridiculous challenges. I really like this novella and I'm excited to read more stuff by Max Booth III.
