if only this was made as a continuation of the tv show, this is the part of the show that everyone needs to see. it really blends politics, cultural appropriation, and racial/cultural tensions well into this world. even though i only watched a couple of episodes of the legend of korra, i feel that this book sets the origins of the post-racial and urbanization-ist (is that a word lol) worldbuilding of LOK.
