This was Freida McFadden level bonkers…which means it was a quick, easy read but I didn’t have a good time.

This book includes my least favorite thriller trope of all time, which is super frustrating because I’ve read quite a few books with it lately. I hate when the big reveal/plot twist is the result of deception or straight up lying to the reader. If we’re in the head of a character that gives us information that ultimately contradicts the twist, that’s no fun.
