Sheriff of Babylon by Tom King

This is not a flag waving story about how America was in Iraq to save it or get revenge for 9/11, nor an American bashing story about how wrong they were. It's a human story, that could have just as easily focused on characters from any other country.

It's a murder mystery, it's a conspiracy flick, it's a war/western comic. It shows a lot about the reality of the war, but it has so much more to say about our shared humanity. We are flawed and there are no heroes. Just people trying to do what's right and sleep through the night.
