The Flatshare by Beth O'Leary
3.0
This had 4-5 star potential for me as a romance that’s bordering on contemporary fiction, so with well-developed subplots and characters and a sweet, slow-burn relationship that shows them being friends first. The thing that knocked it down for me, though, was the male POV. I appreciate the way O'Leary tried to differentiate the narrative voices, but it was so choppy and it became monotonous. That knocked this down to a 3.5-star read.
