Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo

MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD. TURN AWAY NOW IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SPOILED.
I was prepared to have a good cry with this one, but it almost ended too perfectly. Don't get me wrong, I shed a few tears THROUGHOUT this last novel, but I was really preparing myself to be really pissed off and having to come to terms with how it ended. Instead it wrapped everything up in a nice little bow and I had happy tears instead. So...I'm confused? But I loved this series. I don't think the last book was my favorite. I read them so quickly, there is so much in my brain and in my heart right now that I need a few days to process. It was a really incredible story, I'm so happy I got to read it and marathon it! I'm excited for whenever I get a chance to reread this series because I KNOW there were subtle things I missed while speed reading to make sure all my favs made it to the end.
