I really liked this book overall, the atmosphere is great and the general plot was interesting enough. I do appreciate the view on women's anger as well.
What I didn't like:
✑ the romance felt incredibly rushed by the time it happened (not very enemies-to-loversy). To be honest, the 'I love you' scene was a little cringey.
✑ There's only so much repetition of 'she's sunshine personified!' one can stand, I was tired of reading about Lottie being so. It became incredibly annoying.
✑ The wrap up was too quick.
✑ The whole ruby possession felt boring.
Please don't harm cats to add shock value!!!
