There were so many times while reading this where I've literally been so shocked I've said "wow", "jeez" and "Holy hell" out loud to myself. I really liked Hannah and really hated her husband and if I was Hannah I would've ditched him much earlier! However, Corrine was really likeable, especially when she referred to the higher education system as 'spreadsheet education'. A comment that made the teacher in me giggle.
