Sayers weaves together a tale of one witch over 4 lives and the two men who accompany her in those lives. Each character pulls you in so deeply you almost forget that there is a bigger picture - in my opinion this is one of the best features of the story.
Many historically accurate details are included in the story which draws even more appreciation from me.
If you like historical fiction, witches and magic, and or dual/multi timelines, then this book is for you!
