All the Colors of the Dark by Chris Whitaker

5.0

This was an absolutely beautiful novel. The story spans decades and speaks to how one decision can alter not just your own life, but the lives of so many around you in profound ways. The story and characters made me laugh, had my mouth open in shock multiple times and made my heart ache with love, loss and longing. Although well over 500 pages, it never felt like a slog. I would have gladly read 1,000 pages. Patch and Saint will forever have my heart. Also, it made me cry; so automatic 5 stars lol
