The trope in this book, of a horrific first marriage, followed by finding love again, is just not my cup of tea. Apart from that, I did enjoy this book, but because it made up so much of the emotional journey, I found myself annoyed more than anything.

I'm hoping its the trope, cause I'm heading into the book after this one now!
