This book is compelling and upsetting and beautiful. A story of a survivor who doesn’t consider herself a victim told from both her adult life and from her high school years when it happened, this book hooked me right away. It’s a difficult and uncomfortable read at times but also a heartbreakingly realistic story. Highly recommend.
