Fantastic story, sad but hopeful, beautiful along with ugliness of evil. Everything and everybody is so richly presented. Kingsolver is amazing. And I love the narration. The man brings to life the main character who is telling the story. This story is one of a tough side of life and it felt honest and compassionate. I feel like my heart has been enlarged as a result.
