This book was a letdown for me. I was really looking forward to it but overall it was just weak
The worldbuilding was lacking. The mystery was obvious. None of the characters were particularly likeable, and the other Tributes were so terribly underdeveloped. I didn’t really care about any of them. And the bait-and-switch romance wasn’t believable enough to have an impact
Also really weird choice to have Lor’s pov in first person present tense and Nasir’s in third person past tense

Graphic: Violence
