Many stretches with easy to follow explanation and pictures. These are divided into areas of the body affected by the stretch. At the end there are routines to try out which are short (9 min). These routines are grouped in level of ability of 6 routines done for 5 days each. I found this 30 days doing the beginner level very helpful. I continued to do a nightly routine.
