Where to even start with this one!
I was so nervous about cracking open a book this long. But by the 100 page mark I was already worried the story would be too short.
The dual storyline of the present alongside Jude's past is so clever. It kept me so engaged, and each event was unraveled at just the right moment.
Each boy was so well-developed and lovable. Even when JB made his massive mistake, you are still willing the other to forgive him (even though, Why should they??!!!). I also LOVED Harold and Julia, and think that they don't get enough hype in this story. They are so sweet and patient and exactly what Jude needed. Also... ANDY??? Why am I not hearing more about him? What a wonderful human. I hope everyone in this book (except for those from Jude's past, obvi, they can go to he**) goes to heaven and has a wonderful time there together.
This story is so unique and wonderful and heartbreaking. I absolutely adored it.
