This book was so! dense! It's a history of America from slavery up to 2015 (It was published in 2016 but I feel like it ends in 2015) condensed into 164 pages (the remaining 90 or so being resources). This book is definitely for experienced readers of books on racial issues. As a beginner it took me about three weeks to power through it, and I had a very hard time absorbing everything. But this just means I have to read more on this topic then come back to this book.
