After reading “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” at sixteen, I grew fascinated with the idea of investing through real estate. 4 years and many podcasts and articles later, I decided to pick up this book.

I’m still wildly new to this and never actually started my investing journey (other than join an REI meetup in my local area), but this book was the push I needed to get a better overview of what real estate investing entails and if it suits me. I really just want to pay off my student loans and build a better future for myself
