Levi moved back to his hometown with his daughter and meets Arlo, a relative newcomer to the town who is having a bit of an issue with some of the locals and getting his art into the craft fair.
This was a quick, easy, no angst read. Both main characters are artists, Levis daughter is cute, the relationship between the MCs develops quickly and we go from them finding each other attractive, to spicy times and to love in a blink of the eye so I personally never felt fully invested in them as a couple. Found the audiobook for this on Everand, and I was looking for a quick listen between finishing a book and starting a buddy read the next day, so this entertained me for an evening. It was my first book by this author so i will read another to see how i get on with more of their work as this wasn't bad and i liked it, it just wasn't anything memorable.🌶🌶
