Under the Knife: A History of Surgery in 28 Remarkable Operations by Arnold van de Laar, Laproscopic surgeon

5.0

This was so interesting! I was never bored while listening to this audiobook and found the writing both complex enough to be educating and engaging enough to be hooked throughout. Historical background information that always felt purposeful and plenty of cool and intriguing asides, were everywhere in this book and I highly enjoyed it! A great read for anyone interested in human anatomy, history, medicine, or just cool stories about fascinating people.
