Liu and Takeda continue to deliver epic fantasy and complex, painful relationships in this volume. At this point I can't say anything without spoilers abound as everyone has come quite a long way since volume 1. But suffice to say I will continue reading. This, like last volume, feels a bit bogged down to me. I suspect it will read much better in a reread once the story has been finished.
