It Ends With Violence by Elle Thorpe
4.0
Such a fitting title for this book. This book starts with violence, in fact, there is probably more violence in this book than in both of the previous books combined. But you know what? It was crucial for all of it to happen the way it did or we would have had loose ends. Heck, even Bliss got in on the action.
Seeing how they all came together—relationship-wise—was so satisfying. I couldn't see how it was all going to work at the end of the last book but boy, oh boy, did Elle pull it all together well. All the twists and turns, the deception and the sabotage? It makes for a completely fascinating read and one you don't want to put down.
We have a reunion of ALL the characters (yip, even Lacey and her boys!), a few surprises and a HEAP of suspense.
Do yourself a favour and get the bonus epilogue, it's a must in my opinion.
Did I let out an evil cackle at the cliffhanger ending in the bonus epilogue? Yes.
Am I excited for the next series? Also, Yes.
No surprise for me when the killer was revealed—I had it right this time!
4.5 stars
