Onyx Storm by Rebecca Yarros
5.0
how to truly express my emotions with this book...
The Empyrean has become a phenomenon in the book community where people do deep dives into all of the hints Yarros drops along the way that makes this world we have entered into a nuanced and very "real" creation. This world has histories and politics and corruption very similar to the world today.
I read usually for escapism and ✧vibes✧
NOT THIS BOOK. I have fallen into the craziness that is rereading chapters for those little crumbs of detail to feed my theories. I am having hour long conversations with my friends about what has happened and what might happen. I am so invested in this series it hurts.
I laughed, I cried, I got extremely frustrated. I had moments where my heart was racing.
Please read this book.
