The Jackal's Head by Elizabeth Peters

Did not finish book. Stopped at 32%.
This book seems to victim blame for physical assault and possible sexual assault. I know it was written in the 1960’s and I can appreciate at the time, this was the norm. But there are lots of other books out there and I think I’ll skip the rest of this one
