I'll keep this review short and sweet. I really liked it! Yeah yeah it's a bunch of teenage vampires in a school... but this brought some different things to the table! I can't talk too much without spoiling it but there were genuinely two plot twists I didn't see coming that got me good. Granted, f I paused to breathe whilst reading this I may have figured them out but I'm just not that type of girl. The romance subplot was kinda cute too - especially how they stick together. I'm also a lover of novels set at schools and it frustrates me when books say they are set at a school and then hardly even mention/incorporate the education into the book. This isn't the case so YAY. Honestly, this is one of those guilty pleasure books which surprised me and I intend to continue the series on those days where I feel like a bit of comfort reading.
