"Honestly, Mamie, complaining doesn't make you a rebel, only action makes anyone a rebel."

It used to feel exciting, but this YA suspense-fantasy duology now feels like a slow burn. The ending is a mind blowing big-brain move but takes a while to get there. I think it could have been wrapped up in one book honestly. I am still in love with the concept surrounding dreams however.
