Isabel and The Rogue by Liana De la Rosa
4.0
*somewhere between 3.5 and 4 stars*
I enjoyed both main characters and their dynamic, they had great chemistry which made their relationship compelling and there were some good steamy scenes between them. The relationship between the sisters continues to be one of my favorite elements of this series. I also appreciate that this explores historical events that often are not explored in historical romances. While the story kept my interest, the truth is that I wasn't completely invested in the plot about spies and conspiracies and I think the developments in regards to that plotline were a bit too slow-paced.
