Rabbit Hole by Kate Brody
4.0
LOVED this book from the first page. I wouldn’t necessarily say this fits all of the tropes in the mystery thriller genre, it is much more of a character study on grief and the way tragic sudden loss changes a person and family.
The book follows Teddy and the relationships she has with those close around her in the aftermath of her fathers suicide. Subsequently falling down into the “rabbit hole” of her sister’s disappearance years prior while tying up the lose ends of her late fathers affairs.
At some points truly heartbreaking but other times downright frustrating as you bare witness to the lengths a grieving mind will go to.
