This book applies Brown’s former writings & ideas to the workplace. Although it’s intended for leadership I think it would be useful for most people who work with other people to read. I found some of her terms (rumble etc) annoying, but the concepts felt spot on once I got over that. The book focuses on how to lead through asking questions, being vulnerable, and being willing to question yourself - something we could all benefit from.
