青の祓魔師 26 [Ao no Exorcist 26] by Kazue Kato
2.0
2 stars. Chapters 121-125.
A boring volume. Whilst Yukio and Rin finally are able to resolve their differences (through a massive brawl), the fight went on way too long, over too many chapters, and the dialogue got quite repetitive (you have to kill me etc). It was a big step down compared to the previous volume.
I feel sorry for those that had to wait monthly for each chapter (5 months in total) and all of it was just these two fighting.
With the artwork, some parts weren't finished due to deadlines, and in others there was too much detail in the artwork as well. The page sizes were clearly too restrictive in what kato was trying to show, because it all looked too crammed in and it was hard to see clearly what was going on.
I still love the series, just not liking the fight.
