A five star read. Although seven would fit better with the main character.
I loved the characters, the history and the style. It dragged on a bit at times, and I read the word 'palimpsest' more than I would have liked but in the end, I can forgive these minor inconveniences.
Looking forward to reading more of Schwab's work.
