This book is word vomit in the best sense of the word. Growing up as a long-time Mick Foley fan, reading his first memoir really put me in the driver’s seat for his career and I was chomping at the bit for more. Mick did not disappoint. This book is just a damn good time at a breakneck pace, which is also the reason why it’s a bit scatter-brained and the chapters don’t really act as chapters, but more as “blurbs” of Foley’s thoughts as he thinks them. Regardless, this book is funny, enriching, and it had a lot more heart than I anticipated, which I applaud Foley for immensely. 4.25/5, would recommend to both wrestling fans and non-fans.
