Excuse me while I pick my jaw up from the floor. The Book the Broke the World broke me! So many things I want to say… no spoilers though.
Lawrence has a slow burn at the start that builds into a powerful story around the pursuit and danger of knowledge. I thought the interweaving of the stories and timelines built to an incredible cliffhanger ending. It was downright masterful when you realize the point in time that’s being converged on by everyone, and what’s more is WHY that point in time.
And then that end. Oof. I’m still reeling.
More, please!
