Dreamquake by Elizabeth Knox

5.0

Technically a stand alone And can be read as such However when read as one the story flows and the continuation is magical. It really made me sing inside Elizabeth Knox crafts magic, dreams, timelines and reality into a continuous flow. What is real and what is not becomes blurred,Maybe reality is not just in one place in one time. The story makes sense on som many levels as long as you allow yourself to flow with her reality .
There are scary parts, with massive fire, there is a mystery to resolve and bad people
There are, and should be, a few open ends The story about dream hunting is complete The story round our protagonist Laura is complete.
There is a family backstory to the measures that is not complete but should give room if ever she would want it to make a new book. NOWN should be part of that as it is one of the most intriguing characters
This book got the same 5 stars as I continued to have the sam urgency to read and because I loved the ending I think Elizabeth Knox is really a new favourite of mine
