This book spent a whole lot of time going nowhere. About 60% of it was just filler, repeating the same things over and over and not furthering the plot whatsoever. I liked the writing style well enough, which is what saved it from a 2 star rating. Overall not terrible, obviously the first in a series, but pretty boring and overly repetitive. I probably won't continue on with the series.
