I really hate to be controversial but... no...

I really struggled to believe in the couple's chemistry, which is the foundation of the entire book so if I couldn't see it... Well, it was rather boring to read. I found myself rolling my eyes A LOT... Especially during the steamy scenes which were just kinda strange and awkward... A lot of public stuff for people who have severe anxiety (one who even appears to have social anxiety????).

Not just the main couple either, but how our main characters would interact with their friends... The interactions felt sooo corny and unbelievable; it just didn't feel realistic at all! These conversations felt like it was solely cathartic for the author... Almost as if this is what she wanted people to say in reality.

Also don't get me started on the writing style... A big miss for me.
