as many u.s. students have probably experienced, i have had to read this short story quite a bit throughout school. since i'm a military kid, i was exposed to this piece quite a lot, and every single time it left quite an impact on me. being a fan of sci-fi aside, i love it. i don't know. i would probably give a more technical review in the future or something, but i think about this short story constantly. the short story ever!!!!

i think my love for it may come partially from my intense interest in anything related to the 1950s. i wouldn't try asking me why, it just happened and now i'm like this
