I can tell you about my shaking hands and tear blurred eyes as I write this; I can tell you how I want to buy as many copies of this books as I can and just give them out to friends and strangers so that people will read it; I can tell you how it was supernaturally impossible for me to put it down; I can tell you that it was beautiful, that it was riveting, that it was poignant, that it was fantastic. I can tell you all these things and still fall short. Mandel has accomplished something of pure magnificence with Station Eleven. I will read it again and again.
