Despite all of the things I've heard about Stephanie Meyer being a bad writer due to Twilight, I applaud her for this spectacular book. She truly is a good writer, who left me on the edge of my seat. I also lost the book for around a week and a half, which honestly killed me because I had to pause at a cliff hanger. I was so glad when I got to return to the book, and read till the end. In all honesty, despite her sparkly vampires with no explanation behind why they can walk out in sunlight, (which I believe is only possible if they have the Mark of Cain or if they drink animal blood instead of human blood) she is still an amazing author.
