The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis
5.0
I mean, my childhood is coming back to me in the best way but also just the longings and how they portrayed through each character, deeper longings to know more than just the power of Aslan.
Wept through Lucy and Susan’s own moments of deep sorrow as Aslan was presumed dead. It was just a real depiction of what love, deep deep love for the lord looked like… looks like. And how Aslan mourned as Jesus mourned and in turn we did too.
Ugh. Heart.
