This is a dark, taboo romance. Please check the trigger warnings before reading!

The blurb of the book sounded really interesting, and I think that the book had a lot of potential.

The book was quite short, and there was a lot happening. There were some things that I think could have been explained a bit better, and maybe if the book was a bit longer, there would have been more time for explanations and exploring more details.

I enjoyed the tension between Olivia and Grant. I would have preferred if the book focused more on them and how their relationship developed, instead of being so much about Olivia’s siblings. If I understood correctly, the siblings have their own books/stories.

Overall, a short taboo story with an unhinged MMC who was ready to risk all for his doll.
