The plot itself is a sort of mobster X-men situation (including a raccoon hybrid who looks uncannily like Wolverine), and the dialogue is often confusing. Often I had to check if I'd missed a page, because the action doesn't always follow as neatly as it should. Also, the only female character who isn't sexualised is a child. But all that aside, this is the prettiest comic I've seen, and I greatly loved both Eve and the Gunwitch. Who seems to use he/it pronouns? Excellent.
