Ali Hazelwood you won me back with this one! I have never ran to Libby faster when I got the notif that this book was available and NO WAIT!!!!
Anywho! The characters in this book were fun to follow along! Lukas was probably the most emotionally mature 22 year old guy I’ve read ?!? Like what?! Scarlet lowkey was me for real in some moments with fearing of not being good enough and being a bit of people pleaser instead of putting herself first.
I never read a sports romance so this will probably be the closest I’ll get to it and tbh I know nothing about swimming but this made me feel like I knew what the frick was going on hahaha.
Overall I found this book to be great and Hazelwood rarely disappoints (I still won’t forgive you for bride thou)!
