Destroy Me by Tahereh Mafi

Ok I now understand the hype behind this series and this novella in particular.
Warner. I understand the Warner hype.
WHAT I LIKED:
-I continued to enjoy the writing in this book. I was also pleasantly surprised that she was able to write in a different perspective and make it so vastly different than Juliette. It was such a treat to be in Warner's head.
-So many things come together! My premature love for Warner was not in vain. You really get to see his side, as well as some additional world building that was much needed, and it made his character much more sympathetic.
WHAT I DISLIKED:
-Yes, he's a little obsessive. I'm currently cracking that up to his history, which is a shitty one. I hope that his future interactions with Juliette will stay on the side of sanity, because even I cannot handle an obsessive guy. Even if he is the bad boy with a good side that I adore.
I am so thankful that I decided to pick up this novella before continuing on to the second book. This really gave me a new found sense of confidence in the series, and I am excited to see where everything leads in the future books.
