Reckless Cruel Heirs by Olivia Wildenstein

4.0

I have been so meh about the rest of this series, then this one comes along and just blows it all out of the water. What an amazing way to end this series.

I had so much fun with this one. Amara is badass, Remo is so swoony and sweet. The prison “trials” were phenomenal. The banter between the two as they moved through the cells in the prison was top-notch. I didn't find it to be quite as silly and unrealistic as some of Cat’s, and I felt it really fit for the situation they were in.

It's also always nice to revisit older characters and see them in a new light through other people's eyes. Finding a long-lost friend in the prison just was the cherry on top.

This one was hands down my favorite of the series.
