The Dangers of Smoking in Bed by Mariana Enríquez

4.0

*4.5 stars*

This a very morbid collection full of unsettling stories. There’s a stories revolving around death, sex, obsessions, and ghost. But at the same time, a lot of the stories have deeper social commentary about poverty, child neglect, abuse, while also including the history of Argentina. Enriquez expertly weaves together all these elements to tell captivating and impactful stories.
